Re: Show us your pedals
That's quite a pedalboard! The two wireless units are presumably so you can run two basses and the red pedal switches between them? What is the silver/white pedal in the front row with the red demon picture on it?

Re: Teaser - next project
Neck on for the first time today!
Mounted the hardware to see how it feels. It seems to be pretty nicely balanced, so very happy with that. Still a lot of work to go on the body, but today was a great day!

Re: Teaser - next project
Controls all wired up now. Just need to add in the wires to the pickups and the ground to the bridge. I got some nice vintage style wired (with a braided sheath) in the kit with the pots. Looks and feels great, but was a pain to strip.

Re: Teaser - next project
Showing a bit of bling! Fitted the control plate and have gone with gold volume and tone tone knobs. there is still a bit of extra wood on the bottom of the neck joint. I need to fit the neck before removing that. Just waiting for the screws and plates to arrive so I can do that.

Re: Teaser - next project
Big day today! Glued the front an back panels together. I've routed out the sound chamber and the control cavity. You can see the pencil line around the control cavity where the control plate will cover. I haven't decided if I will recess that yet. I have also drilled the ducts for wires from the pi...

Re: Any Jazz Bass necks about?
Good to hear you've got it sorted. I am really happy with my Le Bass - both channels, and I haven't even tried either of the fusion modes yet

Re: Teaser - next project
Top half of body now more or less routed to shape. Bottom half marked out showing what the neck joint will look like. I did bust off a chunk of the lower horn routing the top (now glued back in place), so need to be a little more careful! Need to route a control cavity and sound chamber in the top, ...

Let us know what you think of them when you get them. I like their Jazz Flats. At the moment I have got as set of Ernie Ball Slinky cobalt flats on my fretless Jazz bass which I really like.

Hi Ryla.
Musicways has them on their website (http://musicways.co.nz/customer/product ... =21&page=1), so they are imported into NZ. There is a link to dealers there. I don't think the shops stock them, but should be able to order them in for you.

Re: Music software for tablets
A short update to my old thread. I have been really happy with MobileSheets and just keep importing anything I need to play that I haven't memorised. I have been wanting to get a bluetooth page turner for it for a while, and finally bought one. I got the iRig BlueTurn BlueTurn.jpg Super simple - two...
