Hey Timi, yea i did'nt get to actually try out any of the Aluminium cabinets so cant compare. The 8x10 has a big sound, It has good low response and tone and really good high end growl. I use a Behringer Ultrabass BX4500H head on top of a BB810 Cabinet 8x10' for gig's. and at home i use my trusty Peavey TNT115 (MY 1ST EVER AMP).
