Gidday

Post by musiconline » Tue Jul 24, 2012 8:17 pm

Just dropped in to say hi, I'm a long time bass player (30+ years), and have played in stage, tv, recording and touring situations around NZ over the years.
These days I'm using Lightwave basses (http://lightwave-systems.com/) with a VL 5 string fretted and a VL 5 fretless.
Awesome instruments which live up to the hype.
I'm now playing again with my old mates in SmoothTime Jazz - ah, good times indeed :)
Cheers

Graham

Hi Graham

Great to have you here. Love to see some photos of your Lightwave basses and hear a bit more about them

Edit: I see you already have! Cool looking bass :D

Charlie has a lot to answer for, he sold me my Rickenbacker in 1981, and I've never been able to play a cheap bass since (which I told him when I was down in Christchurch last year, and we both had a good laugh)
