Straps that go over both sholders

Post by foal30 » Tue Mar 18, 2008 9:41 pm

slight exaggeration but finally getting my back sorted
and yeah very much Bass related, sadly.

so, anyone tried those harness straps that go over both shoulders.
I'm not concerned with the look kids, after all I play STEINBERGER and have an Adidas endorsement, I need weight dispersal and comfort without recourse to pharmaceuticals.

otherwise any ideas?

is this a wind up or what?

seriously though I know some of you have ordered from 123 for instance
why do they now not ship worldwide. just asking not accusing like...

the reason I ask is they had the Harness straps and STEINBERGER Strings neither available in NZ

well rather than sully the name with lower quality East Asian manufactured goods, Steinberger pretty much let Hohner do their thing, in wood and cheaply.
that said the B2A is not a bad bass.
Hohner's distribution arm was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more efficient than little old Ned's ship too, again with the Gibson buy-out I guess this factor became less use useful.
of course things changed later, hence the Spirit branding.

I don't know further than that, their is a clear prejudice to American built = more expensive = obviously better and I'm as much fool as anyone for this.but I guess that is another topic.

anyway I'm looking forward to this new strap, managed to sneak another pedal onto the credit card (Wifey's, I of course don't have one) so it'll be Xmas all over again around these parts.

but 123/Musicians Friend , anybody? Bueller?
