Bassplayer.co.nz Meet/Drinks
Re: Bassplayer.co.nz Meet/Drinks
Ok then, I am back from Markbass in italy on the 23rd so any evening in the following week suits me I will scatter them all over the shop a distance apart so anyone can play on any combo or head and cabinet combination with your own Bass which is a better test and keeps us honest
Also if you have a cabinet in any brand but would like to try it with a Markbass head bring it along and try various combinations or if you have a head and want to try it with one of our cabinets that is cool as well
As it is after hours you can make plenty of noise and no-one is going to get upset and we have no time restrainsts
I will need some idea of numbers for the catering probably kick off about 5.30
I also have some of the new Markbass magazine if anyone wants a copy in the mail email us on mail@jansen.co.nz with a post address and we will mail you one FOC

Re: Bassplayer.co.nz Meet/Drinks
So we're talking the week of November 2nd (Mon) to the 5th (Thurs)... or the following week of 9th (mon) to the 12th (thurs)? From 5:30 onwards.
I've got a baby due end at the end of this month so it's highly likely I won't be able to get there before 7:30pm. Otherwise any of these dates suits me fine (assuming I'm not at the hospital
)
What night suits? How about a Thursday? Let's work it out and I'll send an email out to the membership promoting it.

I'm driving up tomorrow to drop something off with Charles Jemmet for Steve Bartlett to pick up as well as my sisters birthday and to check out the market in Lyttleton on Saturday. Not enough notice?

That's right - I'd forgotten you had moved to Dunedin. We could have a meeting of the Dunedin collective of NZ Bassplayer. If you and I both turned up we would have 100% turnout!
