Re: Merry Xmas Bass Player NZ
Yeah - happy belated Xmas to all NZ Bass players.... I'm on day 2 of eating nothing but ham, turkey and trifle LOL!
I am happy with the guitar stand that Santa gave me (I had to buy it myself, as wife didn't have a clue what to ask for in the Rock Shop!)
Wife asked my why I hadn't changed the strings on my bass yet, as I got new strings for my B'day last month - I said "I was hoping to talk to you about the possibility of me buying a new bass" (here's hoping!) and she replied "What's wrong with the one you've already got"? So I take that as a NO.... so it looks like I'll be restringing my current bass and holding onto that for the forseable future.
This New Years is going to feel a little weird - we got invited to a Wedding in Sheffield (just out of Chch) on New Years Eve so wife and I are going down there on Sunday for a few days.... This will be the first New Years in about 10 years that I've not been playing in a band!
if you are playing New Years eve - I'll have a drink for you!
