I charge $45 an hour for private lessons, and personally I think thats damn reasonable :)

A lesson from a professional musician is a $1 a minute, $60 an hour is actually considered reasonable.

I remember back in the day it was $20 an hour (Mid 90's)
But yeah $45 an hour seems to be the going rate these days
