I have a few questions about effects pedals. Firstly i heard that to get the full quality of pedals, they have to go in a certian order so can someone tell me how to arrange the following:
>Compressor
>Delay
>Distortion
>Equalizer
>Gain Booster
>Tuner
And also how many pedals do i need before i have to get a pedalboard?

Re: How would you arrange these?
mate you have to use your own ears
unless you can blow up your effects by putting them in the "wrong order" only you can decide what is best. same goes for the board, you do not ever need a board, there may simply be a point where it's more logical to have one then not.
with what you have listed I would generally suggest
equalizer before compressor but I'd also wager 10 people can say why this is "wrong".Go for it on what you like.

Re: How would you arrange these?
I agree with foal, it makes sense to put eq before compressor.
Tuner needs clean signal to work well, so it should go first.
Most people put the delay last.
Rest is up to you. Half the fun is messing around with stuff like this, its pretty much the reason people buy effects, so have fun figuring out what works for you.

The order of compression and eq makes a pretty big difference, neither is right or wrong they just sound different.
Tuner should go first, and be careful putting modulation effects before overdrive/distortion cause it can sometimes sound out of tune, but there are no rules. Sounds like you went out and got lots of pedals before buying a decent amp, good one.
