Plainmotion

Post by Jake » Sat Aug 17, 2013 2:35 pm

So yeah... this is the rock band I'm involved in, hit up our facebook page for any info https://www.facebook.com/plainmotionband

Also if you want to hear what we do we've got a single up here https://soundcloud.com/plainmotionband/ ... time-flies

There's a youtube link on the facebook page but it's pretty sketchy... don't worry, it was only a bad day :P

Cheers!

Bit of an update here (cripes it's been a while)
My band won the Taranaki heat of Rockquest! Woohoo! Now we just need to submit a video for nationals and hope for the best...
We've also done a bit of recording but only one song has been mixed so far (so we'll just call that our single)
Check it out here http://plainmotion.bandcamp.com/releases

Hey sounds great Jake. Nice groove and rather catchy. 8)
So you're playing bass and rapping... tricky?

Haha nah the regular vocalist takes over on bass for the songs where I rap. And then the drummer sings. To make matters even more complex, me and the guitarist take turns playing a synth in one song...
I wish I could do both at the same time though
